Techwise IQ Technologies ("Techwise IQ", "we", "us") is a digital engineering agency based in Dubai, UAE. We build websites, custom software and AI automation for clients around the world. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are responsible for it.

This policy covers techwiseiqtechnologies.ae and any enquiry you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.

• What you tell us. Through the contact form: your name, email, budget range and message, plus, if you choose, your phone or WhatsApp number, company, the service you're interested in and your timeline. By email or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send, plus your email address or phone number.
• Visit statistics. If analytics is switched on, we count page views, the referring site, rough location (country), device type and a few button clicks. Never the text you type into a form.
• Server logs. Our host records technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and safe from abuse.

We don't set cookies, run advertising pixels, build profiles or track you across other sites. Please don't send passwords or sensitive live data in your first message.

• To reply to you and prepare a scope or quote, because you asked us to.
• To deliver work you have hired us for, under our agreement with you.
• To run the business: invoicing, accounting and record keeping the law requires.
• To keep the site working and understand which pages are useful, using counts that don't identify you.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

We use a short list of providers. Each one only gets the data it needs to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps its server logs.
• EmailJS delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Plausible provides cookie-free visit statistics, when switched on.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries chats you start with us, under Meta's own privacy policy.
• Our email provider stores the messages we exchange.

We may also share data with professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) or with authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UAE, for example in the EU or the US. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's data protection terms and the safeguards they put in place for international transfers.

Projects often mean working with your systems and your customers' data, especially for automation and AI work. That data is covered by our agreement with you, not by this website policy. In short:

• Before we build, we agree in writing which data, access and outside services (including AI models) the work may use.
• We only access what the work needs, and only for that work.
• At handover or when the project ends, we return or delete project data and hand back access, as agreed.

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are kept only as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and for as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires after it. Visit statistics are kept as aggregate counts only.

The site runs on HTTPS. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the people working on them, accounts use strong authentication, and we use providers with solid security records. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• stop or limit how we use it
• give you a copy in a portable format

Email info@techwiseiqtechnologies.ae. We reply within 30 days and won't charge you for it. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Big changes that affect clients are also sent to them directly.
